This is the heart of what motivates this zodiac sign. It's quite possible that they could even value their work/careers over their personal love life.

In relationships, they are very stable, down-to-earth, and practical; nothing flashy here. They need someone who can understand their great dedication to their career. Virgos need someone who can appreciate their high work-ethics and their demanding standards. Once they find that person, however, they make wonderfully loyal, loving, and devoting partners.
