Each and every day we all have to look at ourselves in the mirror and decide if who we see is the person we always thought we could be. At some point in our lives, each and every one of us comes to a point where we realize that something is really missing. Something feels out of place and we feel sort of hollow inside and perhaps internally a sense of sadness.

Outwardly, we may have experienced some, if not all, of the trappings of success with family, solid careers, and material pleasures, yet somehow those things just aren't enough. You may secretly wonder, "Why aren't I really happy? I have mostly everything I could want?"

To outsiders, our lives may look picture perfect, but from our point of view we're really just going through the motions and doing what's expected of us. We look at it as doing the "right" thing or the "responsible" thing.

In reality, however, we really feel trapped in a world that we actually created all by ourselves. The amazing thing is that we're not always sure where we went wrong. We feel somewhat puzzled at how to lead a more fulfilling life.

The truth of the matter is that most of us are simply not completely aware of just who we are on the inside. We all have challenges and conflicts in our lives that we repeatedly come up against yet we can't understand what we're doing wrong or how to overcome it.

On the other hand, we have natural talents and aptitudes that we often take completely for granted and never really utilize to their fullest potential.

Our ancestors were completely aware of this and used the wisdom found in astrology to really understand these issues and plan accordingly.
