The Age of Aquarius Part 3

The bottom line is that the Age of Aquarius that we've all heard about for seemingly forever is finally upon us. The highest ideals of these times is one where a true global community is established along with the gradual blurring of any distinctions that have made us feel separate from one another in the past such as race, nationality, and religion.

Lastly, I'm sure that many readers may be thinking that all of this sounds far too Pollyanna. Am I really implying that a wonderful Utopia is on our very doorsteps?

Well yeah, I guess that's exactly what I'm saying with the only exception being that the changes that are coming won't happen overnight and they won't come about without a lot of resistance and struggle from people who are frightened of change.

I think it's very helpful to think of these new times as being a lot like child-birth. The mother experiences great pain and sacrifices her own well-being, and even her life in some instances, so that she can bring her beautiful child into existence. These times are very similar to that metaphor.

Lastly, please also remember that we're only at the very beginning of this very momentous period of humanity. The Age of Pisces that we're now leaving lasted a little over 2000 years. Consequently, think of the Aquarian Age coming at us at the speed of a glacier instead of the speed of lightening. These changes represent a very gradual evolving of consciousness that happen over a very long time.

However, by the time Pluto leaves Capricorn in 16 years and enters Aquarius, you can bet that we will have surely gone a long way towards integrating the Aquarian values of establishing a global community based upon the values of equality, brotherhood, and progressive thought that advances humanity forward. Pluto's entry into Aquarius will deeply root those Aquarian ideals into the global consciousness.
